Mark Hastings
Mark Hastings is the Founder and Director of I-10 Limited. His experience includes business process improvement, facilitation, innovative workshop design, training and coaching.

Mark has delivered projects for clients in numerous sectors including Finance, Telecommunications, Local Government, Charitable, Defence, Banking, Leisure, Automotive and Manufacturing.

Prior to founding i-10, Mark was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young Management Consultancy Services (now Cap Gemini) and worked on a range of projects in the UK , Europe & US.

Mark has a BA (Hons) in European Business from Loughborough University, is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a Certified Performance Coach. He is a fluent French speaker with a basic knowledge of German and Spanish.

His passions are travel, golf, scuba diving and skiing.

Esther Santana-Lopez
Esther is a Senior Consultant and Business Coach at I-10 Limited.

Her experience includes business analysis, facilitation, coaching, client management and training.

Esther has extensive knowledge of several sectors including Media, Local Government, Charitable, and Banking, with tangible experience of managing clients in both the US, Western and Eastern Europe.

She has an MA (Hons) in Translation (English - Spanish), a BA (Hons) in Politics, a Diploma in Translation (Finance & Business), is a Practitioner of NLP, and a Certified Performance Coach. Needless to say, she is a fluent Spanish speaker, and has a basic knowledge of French and Portuguese. Her passions are travel, film, surfing, golf and winter sports.
