Social Purpose
We are a business with a clear social purpose, it’s at the heart of who we are. We don’t just say it, we do it. This commitment is underlined through our membership of Social Enterprise UK.
"The purpose of a company is not to make money. The purpose of a company is to accomplish something, to advance a greater cause, to contribute to society. Money will help you get there." Simon Sinek
As well as creating a positive, lasting impact for our public sector clients, we are committed to making a genuine difference in society.

Community
Tackling economic and workforce inequality, equal opportunity, diversity and improving wellbeing through our membership of the Tech Talent Charter.
Our support embraces FareShare, the UKs national network of charitable food redistributors, donating over 20,000 meals in the first half of 2022.

Environment
We have been carbon negative since May 2021 and are part of the SME climate hub, one of only 2,600 SMEs in 8 countries recognised by the United Nations Race to Net Zero campaign.
We have planted almost 25,000 trees, achieving 170 tonnes of carbon reduction, which has enabled us to backdate our carbon neutrality to i10’s founding year, 2006. Yes, we plant trees we will never see grow. This is part of our legacy.

Legacy
We want to make a genuine difference in the world we live and with the people we work with. An essential element of our approach is how we transfer knowledge to ensure a programme lives on, delivering on the vision, long after we have finished our work.
We also treat our partners fairly and are a signatory to the Prompt Payment Code, ensuring our partners and suppliers are always paid on time.
