Wow! What a year that was!
2020 will be a year that lives long in the memory - a year that changed lives and the world in which we live.

It's also the year in which I chose to relaunch the business - an interesting decision given the global pandemic. But a decision I don't regret for a second.
On the Counselling and Occupational Health side of the business, we have seen a huge explosion in demand which, while great for business, is a sad reflection of the personal difficulties 2020 has created for people. We are very proud of the small part we have been able to play in helping people overcome a wide variety of challenges.
On the Consulting side, 10 months on from radically reshaping the business, I am delighted with the progress we have made.
We have set-up a powerful ecosystem of specialist transformation partners across digital, data, technology, people, process, culture, organisational intelligence, and organisational development.
We've also delivered some outstanding projects, relaunched our services on G-Cloud and DOS; and signed a whisker short of £3m of new client business! This is a real vindication of the decisions we've made and all the hard work that we've put in.
On a personal note, we've also found time to move house! It really has been quite a ride!
And so, as we all start to think about winding down for Christmas and looking forward to spending some quality time with those family members we are able to, I wanted to say a huge thank you for the help and support I've received this year. I really believe in the i10 ecosystem we have built, and I look forward to it going from strength to strength in 2021.
In the meantime, I would like to wish you a very merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous new year.
